Sweat Equity Business Development | Growth Co-Founder
The Role
This role is currently not paid with money but with a share or interest in the project. We plan to offer payment once we have enough funds or earn a significant amount of money.
- We are mid-way through the completion of our alpha product based on numerous customer discovery/market experiences and validation activities. All signs point to a viable market opportunity.
- We are now looking to onboard a part-time Sweat Equity Co-Founder to work with us to drive market acquisition. Because we’re very early stage and bootstrapped, we can only offer equity since you’ll be joining as a founding team member.
- Once we raise funding or achieve revenue, then we can consider salary compensation. Thus, we’re looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial streak and is bought into the vision of the company we’d like to build.
- The right person has product management or business development experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced B2B SaaS who has an entrepreneurial spirit
- A hunter with a strong commercial pitch, negotiate and promote skillset accompanied by a substantial back-book of contacts
- A passion and belief in SaaS products
- Experience with data products especially MDM, CDP, CRM, ERP, MDP
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal business and technical stakeholders
High Risk, High Reward:
We’re currently in build and brand awareness creation mode, once we get market traction we can look to raise seed funding, apply to tech accelerators, hire additional developers, etc. Thus, we need a partner who has a high-risk tolerance and is willing to work for sweat equity until a funding event, or when we start to get revenue. If this sounds like you, let’s chat!
